$800,000.00 for a study. How about $800,000.00 for the neighborhoods or for real attractions to entice hardworking tourists to STAY and spend some hard earned dollars right here. There aren't enough campers, bird lovers, joggers or tree huggers who'll visit and make this city prosperous again. As for the plant lovers, just remember the great success of the Winter Garden.
